1369.03 HOUSE MOVER LICENSE REQUIRED; BOND AND LIABILITY INSURANCE.
   No person, except a person having a properly approved license as a house mover issued by the City of Cleveland, the County or the Village shall be permitted to move or raise any building from its foundations in the Village. Before any permit is issued allowing the moving of a building along any route, the applicant therefor must first furnish a one thousand dollar ($1,000) cash bond providing for the payment of any damage which may occur to a tree, pole or telephone, telegraph or light wire, the repair of which the Village may be held responsible for, whether such damage inflicted is by such person or his or her agents, employees or workmen. In addition, the applicant shall hold the Village harmless against any liability, judgment, damage, cost and expense which may in any way accrue against the Village in consequence of the granting of such permit or license or the performance of any work thereunder, by posting with the Village a liability insurance policy of not less than one hundred thousand dollars/three hundred thousand dollars ($100,000/$300,000) for personal injury or death of any person and fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for property damage.
