The Building Commissioner shall, within forty-eight hours of the filing of a written application for the permit required by Section 1369.01, cause the building to be inspected. If the Building Commissioner finds that the building can be moved safely in the manner proposed and that the proposed location of the building will violate no Village ordinance, he or she shall cause a permit to be issued to the applicant.
