1363.05 NUISANCES; FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ORDERS; COSTS.
   If any artificial pond or lake falls into disrepair, becomes stagnant or otherwise constitutes a hazard to the health or safety of Village residents, or constitutes a private or public nuisance, the Building Commissioner may order the owner of such pond or lake to repair, fill in, clean out or provide drainage for the pond or lake. If the owner fails to comply with such an order, the Village may fill in such pond or lake, provide drainage or otherwise abate the nuisance and assess the cost thereof in the manner provided by law.
