1363.02 PERMIT APPLICATIONS; FEE.
   Before the issuance of a permit for an artificial pond or lake, the applicant shall first make a written application therefor to the Building Commissioner and submit with the application a satisfactory plan of the artificial pond or lake, indicating the location, method of construction, depth, surrounding grade, source of water supply, method of drainage and such other information as may be provided for in the rules and regulations established by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The applicant shall also pay an application fee of ten dollars ($10.00) at the time of submitting the application to cover the costs of administration and inspection provided for in this chapter.
