(a) The Architectural Board of Review shall hold two regular meetings per month at the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, jointly with the Planning and Zoning Commission, and such special meeting as the Board may determine or at the call of the Chair. Notice of all special meetings shall be given according to law. The Chair of the Architectural Board of Review shall be the Chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission, elected pursuant to the terms of the Orange Village Charter.
(b) The Board shall keep minutes of its proceedings, showing the vote of each member on each question or, if absent or failing to vote, indicate such fact, and shall also keep records of its examinations and other official actions. Approval or conditional approval of an application shall only be granted upon an affirmative vote of four members of the Board. Any action by the Board may be taken by a concurrent motion and vote with the Planning and Zoning Commission, unless any member of the Planning and Zoning Commission objects to the joint motion. The Board shall have power from time to time to adopt, amend, and repeal all rules, regulations or procedures not inconsistent with the laws of the State of Ohio and the Village’s Charter and ordinances, governing its procedure under the provisions of this chapter, and to put into effect the purposes of the Board, set forth in Article V, Section 9 of the Village Charter, and any standards set forth in this chapter.

(c) The monthly compensation of all members of the Architectural Board of Review shall be two hundred twenty-five dollars ($225.00), which shall be earnable salary for the purposes of PERS and for which a W-2 shall be issued annually, pursuant to law.
