Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for a term not to exceed sixty (60) days or both. Each day that a violation continues after notice has been served as provided herein, shall be deemed a separate offense.
