1329.06 REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATES; APPEALS.
   A certificate of registration issued under this chapter may be revoked at any time by the Building Commissioner for a violation of any of the provisions of this Building Code, ordinances of the Village, State or other laws or rules and regulations of the Village. Such revocation shall be in writing setting forth the reasons therefor. Any owner of a revoked certificate may request an administrative review within ten days of the date of receipt of such notice and/or may request a hearing by appealing such decision to Council. Receipt of notice shall be actual receipt by the owner or one of the owners of the certificate or the date it is delivered to the place of business set forth on the permit application. Council may amend, modify, reverse or confirm the earlier decision being appealed.
