1327.09 POINT OF SALE INSPECTION FEE.

The Building Department shall collect a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for coordinating the point of sale inspection and to defray the cost of the Fire Department’s inspection of a dwelling or dwelling unit. (Ord. 2008-22. Passed 12-10-08.)
