The Building Commissioner shall keep or cause to be kept a record of the number, description, size and cost of every building or other structure erected in the Village during his or her term of office for which certificates or permits were issued, and shall report the same to the Mayor annually in December, or at any time previous to December if required by the Mayor or Council.
