The Building Commissioner shall not inspect or perform any duties in connection with any construction or work in which he or she or any member of his or her family has a financial, proprietary or ownership interest. In such case, the functions of the Building Commissioner shall be performed by a person designated by the Mayor.
The Building Commissioner shall hold no other office or employment with the Village. (Ord. 1964-7. Passed 2-5-64.)
