There is hereby adopted by the Council of Orange Village, Ohio, for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the installation and maintenance of electrical materials in dwelling units consisting of one, two or three families, the current version of that certain code known as the National Electrical Code, as amended from time to time by the National Fire Protection Agency when adopted by the State of Ohio, being particularly adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out in length herein, and from the day on which this ordinance shall take effect, the provisions thereof shall be controlling in the installation and maintenance of all electrical materials in one, two or three-family dwelling units contained within the corporate limits of Orange Village, Ohio.
