1151.02 PERMITTED USES.

Land and buildings shall be used, and building shall be designed, erected, moved and altered, only in accordance with the use regulations set forth in this chapter. The following uses are permitted:

(a) Detached Single Family Dwellings; and

(b) Attached Single Family Dwellings.
