941.05 COMMUNITY GARDEN COORDINATOR
   The Mayor, subject to the approval of Council, shall appoint a Community Garden Coordinator and Assistant Garden Coordinator. The Community Garden Coordinator and Assistant Garden Coordinator are responsible for monitoring compliance with and enforcing the Community Garden Rules and Regulations. They may make recommendations to the Service Director or the Service Director’s designee on suggested amendments to the Rules and Regulations. (Ord. 2010-13. Passed 6-2-10.)
