941.04 COMMUNITY GARDEN CONTRACT.
   (a)   The Mayor or the Mayor’s designee is authorized to enter into a contract with Orange Village residents and, if extra Community Garden space is available, with non-residents, for the use of space within the Community Garden. The Community Garden contract shall be prepared by the Director of Law and shall include a Release of All Claims.
   (b)   The Mayor or the Mayor’s designee is authorized to accept registration fees and deposits. Such fees and deposits shall be in the amount set forth in the Rules and Regulations and shall be paid into a Village fund reserved for the Community Garden.
