941.03 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Community Garden shall be under the control of the Service Director. Rules and Regulations governing the use of the Community Garden shall be promulgated by the Service Director or the Service Director’s designee, subject to the approval of the Mayor. Such Rules and Regulations shall be effective upon their approval of the Mayor.
