939.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to establish reasonable and uniform regulations for the collection and disposal of garbage, refuse and recyclable materials within Orange Village and to promote the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the Village by providing a clean and safe environment.
