937.01 EMERGENCY ALARM SYSTEMS.

Any resident or lawful business in the Village may be equipped with an emergency alarm for the purpose of detecting and signaling to the Village’s emergency services the presence of a fire, carbon monoxide or an unauthorized intrusion, upon compliance with this chapter. Existing installations shall be subject to the requirements of this chapter.
