The following rules shall be posted at, and followed by all patrons of the Village's Dog Park:
(a) Patrons and their dogs use the park at their own risk.
(b) All dogs must have collars, wear tags, be licensed (as required by Section 505.03 of the Code) and vaccinated as required by the Board of Health.
(c) Dogs must be leashed outside of the dog part at all times (as required by Section 505.01 of the Code).
(d) Children age 6 or under are prohibited and children ages 7-16 must be under adult supervision at all times.
(e) Owners must be within the fenced area and be in verbal command of their dogs at all times.
(f) Dogs under 4 months and dogs in heat are prohibited.
(g) Owners are responsible for all damage and/or injury caused by their dog.
(h) No dogs declared dangerous are permitted within the dog park as provided by Section 505.14 of the Village Code and Section 955.22(D) of the Ohio Revised Code.
(i) Dogs showing any signs of aggression must be removed immediately.
(j) Owners are responsible for cleanup and disposal of all waste left by their dog as required by Section 505.085 of the Code.
(k) No animals other than dogs are permitted.
(l) No glass, human food, dog food or treats are permitted within the fenced area.
(m) Smoking is prohibited.
(n) Any dog bite to a human shall be immediately reported to the Board of Health as required by Section 505.10 of the Code.
(o) The dog park is open from dawn to dusk.
