(a) No person shall bring into, permit, have or keep in any Municipal Facility any wild, dangerous or undomesticated animal as defined in Section 505.13 of the Code.
(b) No person shall bring into, permit, have or keep in any Municipal Facility any dangerous dog as defined in Section 505.14 of the Code.
(c) No person shall bring into, permit, have or keep any animal, except for registered guide dogs, in the interior of any Municipal Facility.
(d) No person shall bring into, permit, have or keep any domestic animal in a Municipal Facility that is located entirely outside unless such animal is restrained on an adequate leash not more than six feet in length. The Service Director may prohibit domestic animals from certain portions of a Municipal Facility located outside provided that signs are posted bearing the words "Domestic animals prohibited in this area.
(e) No owner or keeper of any domestic animal shall fail at any time to do any of the following:
(1) Keep the domestic animal physically confined or restrained by an adequate leash not more than six feet in length, except during such time as any dog is inside the Village's dog park enclosure.
(2) Keep the domestic animal under the control of the owner or keeper; or
(3) Remove any waste left by the animal.
