(a) Prohibition: No person shall bring or have in his possession or set off or otherwise cause to explode or discharge or burn any firecrackers or other fireworks or explosives of flammable material or discharge them or throw them into a Municipal Facility either while on the premises of the Municipal Facility or from land or highway which may be adjacent thereto. This prohibition includes any substance, compound, mixture or article in conjunction with any other substance or other compound which would be dangerous from any of the foregoing standpoints.
(b) Exception: The above prohibition shall not apply to a fireworks exhibition sponsored by the Village and conducted in accordance with state law.
