931.05 BICYCLES.
   (a)   No person shall ride a bicycle on other than a paved vehicular road or path designated for that purpose.
   (b)   No person shall ride a bicycle other than on the right hand side of the road paving as close as conditions permit.
   (c)   No person shall leave a bicycle in places other than in areas designated by the Service Director. (Ord. 1991-6. Passed 5-8-91.)
