Council hereby ordains that the Cleveland Electric Illuminating is required to take all immediate steps to identify locations of PCB usage in the Village, clearly marking each unit containing PCB with easily identifiable markings, informing the Police Department and the Fire Department of such locations and providing approved instructions to both the government and the public of what to do in the event of an accidental occurrence. Such information shall be posted at eye-level at all such locations. Equipment containing PCB's shall not be installed in the Village. (Ord. 1981-50. Passed 1-13-82.)
