An annual license fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be paid by the applicant, in advance, for each calendar year or part thereof, for each amusement device to be licensed by the Village. The license fee for each amusement device so licensed after June 30 of any calendar year shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) for the remainder of the year of original issuance. An amusement device license shall not be transferable from one person to another or from one premises to another. The license shall be displayed in a conspicuous place upon the applicant's premises.
