As used in this chapter, certain terms and words are defined as follows:
(a) "Amusement device" means a machine or device which operates or may be operated for use as a game, contest or amusement of any description or which may be used for any such game, contest or amusement. However, "amusement device" does not include juke boxes, machines vending cigarettes or other products, such other amusements as may be specifically licensed and regulated by other provisions of these Codified Ordinances and amusement devices used in a residence.
(b) "Person" includes natural persons, partnerships, corporations and all other forms of business organizations.
