(a) No person shall engage in construction as a contractor or subcontractor of any facility within the Village after 9:00 p.m. or before 7:00 a.m. weekdays or after 9:00 p.m. or before 9:00 a.m. Saturdays, Sundays and the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. The Mayor may grant a temporary permit for special, unusual or emergency conditions, for construction work to occur during the prohibited times.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
