501.14 REIMBURSEMENT BY PRISONER OF CONFINEMENT COST.
   Any person confined in a County or Municipal jail facility owned, operated and maintained by the Village, or another governmental agency under contract with the Village, shall reimburse the Village’s cost of confinement expenses incurred by reason of the confinement, including but not limited to the expense relating to the provision of food, clothing, shelter and the cost of transportation, medical care and other expenses of confinement. The amount of reimbursement shall be determined by a court at a hearing held pursuant to Ohio R.C. 2929.15.
