(a) Failure to Yield Right of Way to Public Safety or Coroner’s Vehicle. Whoever violates Section 331.21 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree; and on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
(b) Failure to Stop for School Bus. Whoever violates Section 331.38(a) may be fined an amount not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00). A person who is issued a citation for a violation of Section 331.38(a) is not permitted to enter a written plea of guilty and waive his right to contest the citation in a trial, but instead must appear in person in the proper court to answer the charge.
(c) Driving Across Grade Crossing. Whoever violates Section 331.39 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
