The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement between the Village and the Board of Education of the Orange Local School District, the City of Pepper Pike, the Village of Moreland Hills, the Village of Hunting Valley and the Village of Woodmere for the establishment of a Community Recreation Commission. The Commission shall provide for joint control and operation of recreational activities and facilities within the community. A copy of such agreement is attached to original Ordinance 1973-14, passed March 7, 1973, and incorporated herein.
