151.01 RESTRICTIONS ON SMOKING IN PUBLIC BUILDINGS.

All Village owned or occupied buildings in Orange Village are hereby declared smoke free environments. No person shall smoke any kind of tobacco whatsoever in any part of a Village-owned or occupied building.
