(a) Employees of the Village may participate in any Employee Assistance Program in which the Village is enrolled, subject to the eligibility rules of such program.
(b) The Mayor may select one or more Employee Assistance Programs to provide such benefits to the employees, provided that a current appropriation of sufficient funds has been made to pay for such a program.
