(a) Full-time employees hired prior to January 1, 1998, shall be eligible in accordance with the following longevity schedule for their years of full-time, continuous service with the Village:

(b) Full-time employees hired on or after January 1, 1998, shall be eligible in accordance with the following longevity schedule for their years of full-time continuous service with the Village:

(c) Longevity amounts shall be determined on the employee’s employment anniversary date and shall be paid at the end of each calendar year.
