Any full-time employee who is called for jury duty, either federal, county, or municipal, shall be paid his or her regular salary provided the employee signs over to the Village any fees received for such jury duty. An employee released from jury duty with at least fifty percent (50%) of his/her workday remaining must report to work for the remaining hours.
