145.04 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

Rules and regulations for the Fire Department shall be promulgated by the Fire Chief subject to the approval of the Mayor. Such rules and regulations shall govern the operation of the Fire Department of the Village, effective immediately upon their promulgation by the Fire Chief and approval by the Mayor.
