145.03 DUTIES OF THE CHIEF AND THE ASSISTANT CHIEF.

The Fire Chief shall keep a record of all equipment used by the Fire Department and the attendance of all members at fires and fire drills, and all other records required by Council, and report thereon to Council annually and at such other times as requested by the Mayor. The Assistant Fire Chief shall perform the duties of the Chief in the absence of the Chief and shall be charged with plans and training for the Department.
