(a) No member of the Fire Department shall be deemed to be a full-time employee of the Village, as a member of the Fire Department, unless that person is regularly scheduled to work at the Fire Station forty hours per week.
(b) Fire Department employees shall be paid monthly.

(c) Members of the Fire Department shall be paid overtime for all hours, and portions thereof, worked in excess of two hundred twelve (212) hours in a twenty eight (28) day period. For the purposes of overtime computation, longevity compensation shall be included in the base rate for such computation. Overtime shall include holiday, personal, vacation and compensatory time in calculation and shall exclude sick time.
