The Chief of Police is hereby authorized and directed to adopt a written internal control policy as required by Ohio R.C. 4233.43(D)(3) which policy addresses the use and disposition of property contraband and forfeited property and monies coming into the custody of the Orange Village Police Department. This order shall be written to comply with Ohio R.C. 2925.42, 2923.35, 2933.41 and 2933.43.
