143.12 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

Rules and regulations for the Police Department shall be promulgated by the Chief of Police subject to the approval of the Mayor. Such rules and regulations shall govern the operation of the Police Department of the Village, effective immediately upon their promulgation by the Chief of Police and approval by the Mayor.
