126.07 ELIGIBLE INSTITUTIONS AND ELIGIBLE DEALERS.

Public Moneys of the Village shall be invested only with or through Eligible Institutions or Eligible Dealers that have contracted with the Village with respect to such financial services. Eligible Institutions shall provide their most recent Consolidated Report of Condition (“call” report) at the request of the Village.
