126.03 DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY.

The Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to invest, and shall be responsible for all investment decisions and activities with respect to, the Public Moneys of the Village in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance and the provisions of Ohio R.C. Chapter 135 incorporated in this chapter.
