126.02 SCOPE.

All Public Moneys of the Village not kept as a cash reserve in the vault of the treasury of the Village, as from time to time prescribed by the Treasurer, shall with respect to their investment be subject to the provisions of this ordinance and the provisions of Ohio R.C. Chapter 135 expressly incorporated in this chapter.
