(a) There is hereby created a fund to be known as the Mayor’s Court Computer Fund. This Fund shall be used to account for the funds received from the collection of court costs which are imposed for the purpose of upgrading and maintaining computers to be used by the Mayor’s Court.
(b) The Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to make application to the Bureau of Inspection of the State of Ohio for approval of the creation of the Mayor’s Court Computer Fund pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R.C. 5705.12.
