There is hereby created a fund to be known as the Three Percent Board of Building Standards Fee Assessment Fund. Into this fund shall be deposited all monies collected pursuant to the state's three percent (3%) Board of Building Standards fee assessment, which monies shall be collected and distributed pursuant to law.
