SECTION XII-2. CONTINUANCE OF PRESENT OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES.

The adoption of this Charter shall not change the terms of the Mayor or Council who are in office on the date this Charter is adopted, and they shall continue to serve until their terms have concluded.
