The Service Department shall be administered by a Director of Service appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by a vote of four (4) members of Council. The Service Department shall be responsible for the repair and maintenance of roads and streets, snow removal, maintenance and repair to Municipal equipment, buildings, and grounds and such other duties as are provided by ordinance or resolution of Council or performed at the direction of the Mayor.
