The Building Department shall be administered by a Building Commissioner appointed by the Mayor subject to confirmation by a vote of four (4) members of Council. The Building Department shall be responsible for enforcing all applicable building and zoning codes in the Municipality and perform such other duties as are provided by ordinance or resolution of Council.
