SECTION V-2. TREASURER.

The Treasurer shall be responsible for the collection of all taxes and other funds due the Municipality, and the payment of all funds. The Treasurer shall keep the financial books and records of the Municipality and make reports required under State law and to the Mayor and Council on request.
