SECTION III-1. NUMBER AND TERM.

Council shall consist of seven (7) members to be elected at large for a four (4) year term commencing on the first day of January next after their election.

Four (4) members of Council shall be elected at the regular Municipal election in 1985 and every fourth (4th) year thereafter. Three (3) members shall be elected at the regular Municipal election in 1987 and every fourth (4th) year thereafter.
