SECTION I-1. NAME AND CHANGE OF NAME.

The Municipality now existing in the County of Cuyahoga and known as the Village of Orange shall continue to be a municipal corporation known as Orange Village, Ohio. If and when the Municipality of Orange Village shall, under the Constitution and general laws of the State of Ohio become a City, then it shall be known as the City of Orange Village.
