§ 52.01  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   INDUSTRIAL WASTES.  The liquid waste or liquid-borne waste resulting from any commercial, manufacturing, or industrial operation or process.
   SANITARY SEWAGE.  The waste from water closets, urinals, lavatories, sinks, bathtubs, showers, household laundries, basement drains, garage floor drains, bars, soda fountains, cuspidors, refrigerator drips, drinking fountains, bars, drinking fountains, stable floor drains, and all other water-carried wastes, except industrial wastes.
