(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) In the event a customer violates § 50.05(B), the customer shall pay: a fine of $75, any and all material and labor costs incurred by the town to repair or replace the meter or other equipment, and the approximate cost of water wrongfully received by the customer as determined by the town. The $75 fine shall be divided equally between the water utility and the sewer utility.
